Phil Relf

Phil Relf, is a community artist who works involves site-specific theatre, large-scale street puppetry, lantern construction and five events. He has work on a wide range of festivals and events both here and overseas, including working with Welfare State International (UK) and Bread & Puppet (USA). In 2007 he formed IKARA Celebratory Events, a company specialising in community celebrations, lantern and fire events as well as site-specific theatre.
